How does the game handle Conference tournament champions vs at-large teams?

So, i then created another league modeled on this custom league that works, and imported all other ACC teams that went to the final four. This league always comes up with a 'Subscript out of range error 9' on the first or second day of playing. I have played a tournament using college teams, and I noticed i can not auto-play them as I can do during the season. That isn't a big deal, but would be nice.

But, after all brackets have been played, the final four is blank. Shouldn't the final four auto-populate based on the results from each bracket? However, the teams fast break rating is listed as a "10"!! Does this mean that I should try to fastbreak at every opportunity, even though the individual ratings would not suggest doing so? I am stumped how Port could have a team fast break rating of 10. Anyone?

Have been playing the basketball alot more since getting the resume game patch and almost thru the first month of the 08-09 College replay.
