resume game problem with version 2009 |

Anybody having problems resuming saved games with Version 2009 with the 08-09 season? When I try to resume any game with the Version 2009 game with the new
08-09 season, I get "game not responding" and I have to use Task Manager to get out of the game.
I do not have this problem with any seasons prior to the new 2008-09 season. |

Does it happen after you completely exit the program?
I don't have the 2009 version (yet) but I had this problem with the 2008 version -- but only if I tried to resume a saved game without completely shutting down the program first. |

UGH.... it just happened again to me.
Mine happened after I edited the PBP though, which was the same thing last night. Wonder if thats causing my problem? |

I've noticed it too and thought it had something to do with the dreaded "run as administrator" with Vista. Man, I miss XP !

Right it doesn't happen every time and have been able to resume the last few games I've played. Turned the PBP speed to 3 to try and finish the games in 1 sitting so as to try and avoid saving and it works really good on 3. The games dont seem to drag on. |

I actually play mine with the PBP speed set to 2. Works perfect for me

Had any of you with the "resume game" problem downloaded and added logos or courts to the 08-09 season? Just trying to see if that could have caused
it.

Has anybody found a solution to this problem? It's been an on-again/off-again recurring problem for me, and I have thus far been unable to identify any
kind of a trigger mechanism that initiates the game freeze. I am currently using the 2000/01 season on XP.

The resume game issue was corrected a few days after release. The new file has been used in the downloads since that time. If you downloaded the game during
the first few days please email service@dksports.com for the update. The file will also be posted soon.

I have emailed service twice, and I have gotten no answer. I am sure that Dave is just busy. Could anyone send me the updated file.
The game has frozen and I would really like to continue playing. Thank you. |

If you've emailed support twice and didn't receive a response chances are the file we sent either went to your spam folder or was rejected by your
email server. I would suggest checking the spam folder. Also, gmail often doesn't allow attachments.
